Tablets much too large to swallow!
I have been taking a regular rejime of supplements for many years. However, these tablets are so large I became afraid of choking trying to take them. They need to be in a smaller tablet or crushed and put in a capsule (which would be even better). So I wasted y money on these.

Good product and good price
This is a typical magnesium malate tablet which is on the larger size but nothing out of the ordinary for this strength of 1300 mg. I was not swayed by the negative review regarding the huge size of the pill and inability in swallowing it so I bought it anyway. The size is the same as any other magnesium pills we have had! My husband and I take 2 per day and think it's just fine but then we have no problem swallowing pills! For those who have a hard time swallowing pills there is a powder form of magnesium available that can be mixed in water or juice.

The Most Difficult Pill I've Ever Swallowed
These are incredibly large, rough, uncoated, hard edged tablets. By far, the most difficult pill I've ever tried to swallow. They weren't even very effective, according to labs I had while taking them. They are also labeled very strangely. They actually include 200 mg magnesium, which the label says is made from 1,300 mg magnesium malate. Maybe that makes sense to someone out there.
