Yummy! I love this cereal. This is my second time buying it. Although I don't really believe the whole "natural" or "organic" attached to processed foods (I mean, really!) I do like the ingredients in this cereal and don't find it too sugary. It takes good and I try to alternate it with my other breakfast options so that it lasts longer. I guess I wish it came in a bigger box. But I would definitely recommend it to others. February 11, 2011

A good fiber-rich breakfast cereal I like this cereal for its crunchiness and fiber content. It keeps hunger at bay for hours. However, it doesn't match my all-time favorite: Kashi GoLean High Protein & Fiber cereal, which also has a lot of protein on top of the high-fiber content.
