Good In My Crockpot Steelcut Oats
For health benefits of Chia, Buckwheat, & proteinaceous Hemp, I tried this in yogurt like other reviewer but I didn't like it, & too pricey to eat by the bowlful I doubt I'd like that way either for same reason hard & tiny seeds. But we love it softened & expanded in my Small Crockpot Steelcut Oats' major mineral Silica and immunity Beta Glucans, along with:
*Oat Bran (for health)
*Shredded Coconut (texture, flavor, health)
*Bare Fruit: Dried Cinnamon Apple
*Cape Cod Mix: Cranberry/Date/Raisin/Walnut/Coconut
*Ceylon Cinnamon (health & flavor)
*Sweet Leaf Stevia Powder (healthy sweetener)
**(alternative to Cape Cod Mix & Bare Fruit Apple:
OceanSpray Blueberry-Infused Cranberry "Craisins")
P.S. The trick to Crockpot Steelcut Oats is more water, either overnight or when you're home with it a few hours. If needed, stir before fully done & add more water. Refrigerate for the week, easily reconstituted with water or milks.

filling and tasty
I just mix this up with yogurt and it is the best breakfast! Keeps me full. Usually I get hungry in an hour. I like the crunch. I plan on trying the other flavors too.
