Enzymes My dad has been bugging me to take enzymes for over a year now. So I finally purchased them. From what he told me, and I've read, we have a finite amount of enzymes in our bodies. As we age, more and more get used up by our bodies. By taking these enzymes, you are assisting your body with breaking down the fats, proteins, carbs, etc. in your foods. I liked these particular ones because they had a good percentage of each of the necessary enzymes. February 25, 2008
