"After doing some research about certain health issues, I learned how important enzymes and probiotics are for overall good health. The whole family started taking them. I trust the Nature's Plus brand, and these are tasty! If any of us have a little intestinal discomfort the question "did you take your probiotcs?" comes up, usually it was forgotten, and within in 15 minutes of taking it, the discomfort is gone or subsiding."
