My 3 year old expects these every night
My daughter began taking these when she was 2 years old and she will be 4 next month. She loves her "white chewies". Even though 2 chewies are a serving size I just give her 1 to make them last longer unless she is having a very difficult time falling asleep (like when she has an ear infection). These have helped her tremendously to settle down, and not just go to sleep but STAY asleep. I can tell the difference when she does not take one. She loves them and always asks for a white chewy at bedtime. These are well worth the purchase if you struggle getting your little one down for the night. All animal parade products are great in my opinion.
