Ouch
These tablets hurt going down! They are neither round nor oval. They are somewhat circular, but they have edges. Anyway, they are very uncomfortable to swallow. I'm unsure of their efficacy...because they hurt to swallow, I don't take them often. Also, they smell and taste very badly, like fish or something. I do not like these and do not recommend them.
