Black Cohash for heat This product was very effective in eliminating my hot flashes for about 2-months. Then my body got used to it and it stopped working. I will go back to it after taking a month or two off to see what happens. All I want is relief and this worked for a while. I don't know if it will be the same when I start it up again. Great product I purchased this for my wife who has to take horomone replacement. She supplements estrogen with this, She can tell drastic difference in mood swings, hot flashing and all the other things that come with menopause. I would ask my doctor before taking because it actually does help with horomone replacement. June 21, 2009
