Best Mix for Bones This product has many of the most essential ingredients for bone health (including the recommended calcium-magnesium ratio) and is a reasonable price. I am especially happy that it contains both Vitamins D3 and K2, ingredients not present in many other products formulated for bone density. The wafers are a lot to chew, especially if one wants the higher 4-tablet daily dose, but the flavors of both the vanilla and the chocolate are pleasant. I purchase these for my child, who does not drink milk and cannot swallow pills. She's not crazy about them but does take them on a regular basis. August 2, 2010

EW! I expected these to be better tasting. They are HUGE and THICK! My husband likes the taste of them. I' m not crazy about it and our son won't have anything to do with it. Still beats chalky liquid calcium supplements! June 11, 2009
