Refreshingly good! This is one shake that is really shake like because it is thick and creamy. Green yes, but with a fruity taste. Loaded with vitamins and minerals. Helped everything move right along in the digestive track. Don't be surprised if your BM is green. I would buy again. June 4, 2012
