good source of iron great product at a terrific price. I take one of these everyday for the past 2-3 years. can definitely feel the difference in terms of energy, etc. the iron in it changes (darkens) stool but does not constipate. much cheaper than taking many of the liquid iron formulas June 27, 2010

Excellent I agree with the other reviewer about the tablet form. I do not usually have much luck with tablets, but these absorb wonderfully. I can take these on an empty stomach. I noticed an improvement in overall health and energy in a few days and after having been on it for for a little over a month the difference is significant. April 21, 2010
