Not worth it Both my wife and I took this produce (250 mg) for about 2 months with no effect what so ever. We both exercise on a regular bases (5 to 6 times a week) and sorry to say we did not see any change in our body fat. I can say that we will not be buying this produce again. July 10, 2012

it works well! I had seen this on dr. oz, and ordered it because nothing I've been doing til now had worked. I found I defintely felt the effectiveness of the product within a half hour of ingestion. May 25, 2012
