Didn't work for me I tried this one after using another highly rated (Nature's Way Perika) brand for some time. This one seemed to be completely ineffective for me. I didn't have side-effects, but I didn't have any positive effects either. I did finish the bottle, but I won't buy again. I'll stick with Perika. November 8, 2012
