Sadly Vitacost was unable to deliver the product to me. However I did go on to order it from another vendor and have been delighted with the results. In addition to the benefit of increased fiber my physician is delighted at how low my cholestrol levels have stayed (despite a not so healthy diet).

not much fiber
I used these on my recent vacation but was disappointed with how little fiber there is in one serving. They may be helpful but I'm not impressed.

Great product
What a delicious way to get the benefits of oat bran. (and a great price for such a large bottle)
My whole family really likes them.
It's nice to be able to have a healthy alternative to oatmeal, especially for my 14 year old. He loves the taste, and I love knowing he's getting all the benefits of oat bran without having to fight with him to gag down a bowl of oatmeal.
Will continue to purchase.
Very highly recommended.

Great tasting way to get fiber!
These tablets are easy to chew, taste great and make taking fiber simple.
