Improving the memory
I have been using Nature's Plus Phosphatidylserine, together with TwinLab DMAE for 30 years, to improve my memory. Taking four capsuls of each per day, I have sharpened my memory so that I can instantly remember 15 new students' names, learn 50 new foreign words a day, carry passages from 200 source books at a time in my head while writing historical fiction, etc. I couldn't be more pleased with Vitacost's excellent prices and efficient service. This particular brand of Phosphatidylserine is excellent. None of the others seemed effective.

Helps My Son Stay Focused
When an N.D. recommended this to help my son focus better on his school work, my son was glad to try it. He finds his ability to stay on track has improved.

a must have for me
I didn't have enough to finish out my supplement box for the month and forgot to re-order. At the end of the month I had not taken for about a week without realizing it. Was hard to focus and be effective at work. THEN I realized why! I try my best not to give out of my phosphatidylserine now.
