Best for Pregnancy and Nursing I picked this one with my first child because it had extra iodine in it. Not many women realize that iodine's needed after pregnancy when your nursing. I've tried many brands over the years but I've always come back to this one. It makes you feel really good and for one pill has more nutrients than many of the other prenatals. It's never once made me sick but I take it with breakfast. You won't go back once you try it. August 22, 2010

I've taken these for years! I have 11 children, ranging in age from 20 down to 18 months. I have taken these vitamins for several years now, even in between pregnancies and during nursing.
