Best of the bunch Since I quit taking hormones, I stopped being able to sleep well. I tried Melatonin, otc tablets, etc. Nothing allowed me to go back to sleep after awakening in the night. SleepAssure pretty well does. It also leaves me with no 'hangover' feeling or headache, as can happen with other remedies. It's all natural stuff, so I don't worry about taking it as often as needed.
