this is the best one for me I love this mini tablet...I never have stomach issues with this and I love the spirulina amount these contain...best on the market I think....the digestive enzymes help them be absorbed well...also the forms of minerals contained in this formula many manufactures don't bother to use because of the extra expense..these also are analyzed by an independent lab to assure potency..the slip that assures you that is in every bottle....long live Source of Life Vits ! Perfect Multi The title says it all. The product is superb and easy to take. Glad it's not megadose ingredients like other brands as I use fresh food instead with this product nicely filling in any gaps. No iron because i'm male so get the iron version instead of this if you're a less than 45yr female. Great fast service from Vitacost as always to. Robert M. August 1, 2008

Warnings
