"An intolerance for whey led me to find a non-dairy protein powder to supplement my regular meals. After an extensive search, I found Spiru-Tein. It's one of the few that is high in protein, low in carbs AND low in sodium. Plus it has a full compliment of all the amino acids. Unsweetened allows me to add sweetener to my own level. Sweetened NP products tend to be WAY too sweet for me. It does get a bit muccousy by itself, so I mix it with rice protein powder. Also, this particular NP powder mixes in with liquid better."

"On my dentist recommendation, I began using a protein drink product. This one is the best for my taste and requirements. I like adding my own sweetener as that reduces the calories. It mixes relatively well, but can make clumps. The taste is acceptable as is or can be flavored."

"I love this and the Blueberry version. This is nice because you can ad your choices of fruit or other ingredients and start the day with a very nutritious and soy rich breakfast. Cuts hot flashes down to a minimum."
