Yum in a smoothie
Every, yes every, morning I make a smoothie with the powder, almond milk, a banana, strawberries and blueberries. I get my protein and antioxidants in a yummy breakfast that gives me energy and fills me up!

Unsweetened Spiru-tein is sweet!
An intolerance for whey led me to find a non-dairy protein powder to supplement my regular meals. After an extensive search, I found Spiru-Tein. It's one of the few that is high in protein, low in carbs AND low in sodium. Plus it has a full compliment of all the amino acids. Unsweetened allows me to add sweetener to my own level. Sweetened NP products tend to be WAY too sweet for me. It does get a bit muccousy by itself, so I mix it with rice protein powder. Also, this particular NP powder mixes in with liquid better.

Morning drink
On my dentist recommendation, I began using a protein drink product. This one is the best for my taste and requirements. I like adding my own sweetener as that reduces the calories. It mixes relatively well, but can make clumps. The taste is acceptable as is or can be flavored.
