I was using this in the Strawberry Flavor, but you can doctor up this vanilla one to make it stand above the rest! To make it YUMMY-
1. Get the milk as cold as possible first. 2. Add a little vanilla extract and cinnamon. 3.Mix briefly with a blender, nutra bullet, or something similar to avoid a grainy texture. ...And enjoy!

I have been looking around for a great tasting, easy to mix, protein powder/meal replacement shake that is relatively low in sugar, has vitamins and other beneficial ingredients, and has a non-dairy, non-gmo protein base. I am happy to report that I have found it in Spiru-Tein Vanilla! It tastes amazing shaken in a blender bottle with almond milk and water for on the go or when in a hurry or blended with almond milk, ice, and frozen banana. I like to add a teaspoon of Maca powder, hempseeds, and coconut, with blueberries or other fruit sometimes when I am blending it frozen. The last meal replacement shake I bought tasted horrible when shaken alone so it had to be blended with other ingredients for it to become palatable and was very high in calories. This is only 100 calories per scoop and fat free so I can freely add ingredients to the versatile vanilla flavor. I like that it contains some extra beneficial ingredients such as bee pollen, spirulina, minerals, and enzymes! I will be repurchasing this for sure!

I like spiru-tein and this one is really tasty. I prepare it with a milk or grean tea and use it for late supper - just to not to eat to much before bed.

Yummy taste and texture
Super yummy vanilla taste and nice texture. I mix mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and ice for a really nice morning shake. I like that it has rice and pea protein as part of it's base.

I've been making Spiru-Tein shakes for many years, and I feel it's the best way to start off your day. Loaded with nutrients and vitamins to give you extra energy, and not too many calories. Vanilla is my favorite; I add fresh or frozen fruit and almond or soy milk to make it extra delicious! Check it out!
