I open the capsule, and take 1/3 of it (mixed with warm water) per day. It seems to be working. I've got the bright yellow urine suggesting it contains riboflavin. The b6 level (at 50 mg) is just a bit high for me, hence the divided doses.

Nature's Plus Super B-50
I know I can't get enough B vitamins from the foods that I eat. I feel that Nature's Plus is a food based, balanced B-complex supplement and it's a product line that I trust for quality.

THE BEST VITAMN B COMPLEX
I have tried many other vitamin b-complex products. Nature's Plus is a great company. This vitamin is fantastic.
