Allergic reaction I bought this product as a supplemental multi vitamin. The shake tastes good and is fine when mixed with water or juice but it gave my an allergic reaction. I used it only twice and my face broke out in hives. My skin normally tells when i've introduced something my body doesn't like so i stopped using it immediately. I also didn't like that it's first ingredient is Fructose (sugar) and had a lot of other "flavorings" etc. I'm trying to switch to healthy products and this just didn't cut it for me as a supplement. great taste Love the taste of this shake mix. Does not have the gritty taste some other shakes do. Filled with good nutrition for body, hair, skin and nails. I have a shake with fruit after I work out to replenish and nurture my body. January 23, 2013

Great Multivitamin I use this shake instead of using a multivitamin, I love it. It tastes good with soymilk or OJ...the only downside is that you have to mix it for a long time to get it to dissolve, but other than that it's awesome, and my hair is very healthy with a nice shine....
