Ultra Omega 3/6/9 supplies precisely calibrated ratios of unsaturated fatty acids from the highest quality cold pressed non-GMO borage oil, fish oil and flax oil available. Each easy-to-swallow softgel provides no less than 412 mg omega-3 and 250 mg omega-6 fatty acids, plus 134 mg oleic acid, an omega-9 fatty acid.

Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil and flaxseed oil have been cited recently for contributing to cardiovascular health. Omega-6 EFAs have been reported to support healthy skin and joint function.
