Great vitamins I have been taking these for years, since my pregnancy and breastfeeding with my son who is now 6. I never stopped taking them even after weaning him at 15 months and took them with my pregnancy and currently breastfeeding my 14 month old daughter. Excellent Prenatal Vitamin This is the best prenatal vitamin out there. Excellent quality and doesn't irritate the stomach. I used it all during pregnancy & breastfeeding. Only bad thing about this vitamin is that it is large. It took me a while to figure out that I had to swallow it WITH FOOD. Then it was no problem. Swallowing the vitamin with just liquid doesn't always work. Just a head's up! I always recommend this vitamin to my pregnant friends, especially if they complain of an upset stomach.
