After I reach my goal,Lord willing,I plan to continue taking at least 1 tablet at about 2pm,but due to finances I am trying to make this bottle last...I am only taking 1 tablet at 11am then 1 tablet at 6pm,both times trying to take 30 min before a meal.I can tell that my appetite is under control by this small dosage.I did take 3 tabs one day as an experiment,1 tablet before each meal,and my appetite was REALLY under control ALL DAY!! I don't exercise much,but I eat eat as healthy as I can...I can see a difference and it's only been about a month.So if you want faster results,take as stated on the bottle,and do some walikng each day :) I am 49,and weight loss can be harder,but Skinny Mini helps my appetite to stay under control with NO JITTERS!!!
