This product really works!! I have a hard time staying away from sweets, especially at night. The pills make that craving go away and I just don't feel interested in eating anything with sugar. Works for me! This works. When I take it, my cravings for sugar are less, much less. The longer I take it the less I even want sugar. I don't have side effects from it. I have it on autoship now. I prefer the Ultra over the regular one. I don't know why, it just seems to work better. May 15, 2010
