D3 WITH K2
Vitamin D3 is a very important product for anyones well being.
However, it's most effective when taken with K2. Most D3 products don't include K2 but Nature Plus does.

Wrong Form of K2 - for me
I used to take this all the time, until I discovered that this is MK4 and not MK7. I likely get enough MK4 in my diet. What I truly need is MK7, which I am now getting in another supplement. I should have done better research early on, but I can't see how this product would help anyone.

Good product
We really like this product due to the fact that the K2 is included and we have read that it is needed for best absorbtion of vitamin D. Haven't checked our levels yet, so I can't tell you if it's working.

Does the Job
No way to tell if this product is improving my wife's overall health in the 1 month she has been taking this product but she would recommend it be taken with a meal. She has complained about some discomfort while it seems to dissolve before it makes it to the stomach, giving her pain and heart burn. She is now taking it just before she eats and hasn't been complaining about the discomfort anymore. She would prefer chewable over caplets.
