Great kickstart to a diet plan. Found Nature's Secret in a booklet that came with my Yerba order. Wanted to begin a serious diet and exercise plan. Tried it and love it! This product, along with diet and exercise did exactly what it advertised.Lost 5 pounds. That was what I needed to inspire me to diet and exercise. November 8, 2012

Very Disappointed!!! I have read the reviews on this and thought I may try it. It gave me constipation. I continued to used the product until gone; but will not try this again ever. December 21, 2009

Should not be called a diet product I have used several Nature's Secret products but I really don't like this one. I've been using it for 6 days and if anything, I feel constipated now. Next time I'll go back to the Ultimate Cleanse or the Ultimate Fasting Cleanse. I saw immediate results with those products & they don't even claim to have anything to do with weight loss.
