Excellent product with Excellent results!! With our food supply being what it is these days (unless you're growing, and eating, your own organic food), I think a liver and colon detox 3 to 4 times a year is necessary. I do so, and I've found this product to be one of the best I have ever worked with. I've been doing detox and cleanses for over 10 years, using THIS PRODUCT for the past 2 years. It's gentle on my system, yet quite effective. Dropping pounds as a result of using this product for 2 to 3 weeks is a breeze. As long as I continue to eat 'cleanly' I can maintain my weight loss. (Adult) Start with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening. Increase intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 3 tablets twice per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days. do not exceed 30 days of continual use of this product.
