I TOTALLY love this product! I first started using this product several years ago while doing a colon and intestinal cleanse. It is a superior product that assists in the cleansing process, while eating healthy foods throughout the cleanse. I use it with Nature's Secret Multi-Herb Digestion and Detox Support. The two work hand in hand. Both products are gentle on the system, yet effective. I also take these two products with me when I travel - using one of each upon retiring at night. I also give an evening dose to my 82 year old Mother for times when she needs a little "help". Great products!! May 6, 2013

(Adult) Start with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening. Increase intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 3 tablets twice per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days. do not exceed 30 days of continual use of this product.

Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product seek immediate medical attention.
