Could be stronger This product was ok - but for me, I think it needed to be stronger. Will try another product this time. But over all, it was OK May 21, 2013

It does what it suppose to My ex and I use to take this for cleansing twice a year, since we both enjoyed eating sushi. We found that it is better to start it over the weekend, because it did cause us to use bathroom more often for the first two days. After that it was more or less normal. My ex did see things coming out of him (I didn't look for those on purpose, lol), and we both felt better after finishing up the course. I would recommend it to anyone. October 5, 2012

Great Gentle Cleanse I completed this cleanse with no severe side effects. I feel so much better after completing it. After the second week, I got a prescription from my doctor to take while completing the cleanse. I feel the best that I have in a while. I have a very sensitive system, and I had no bad side effects from this. When I did up the dosage every week, I didn't feel that good that day, but by the next day, I was better. It does cause 2-3 bowel movements a day but they don't make you rush to the bathroom. Great cleanse, great quality, and great value. November 2, 2011

Great Purchase The product did excatly what it stated and it was not harsh on my stomach nor did it cause me to use the restroom more. I would rec to anyone looking for a strong yet gentle cleansing product that would still allow them to maintain their regular day-to-day activites. It cleansed my system since I am a heavy meat and fish eater and I will use this product in the future if I seek to cleanse againe. May 9, 2008
