Have been using it for years I have been buying this product from a local vitamin shop for many years for my husband. He mixes it with orange juice every morning and it has worked for him very successfully. (Adult) As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See notice. Refrigerate after opening to extend freshness and potency. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
