I love this!
When I worked in a vitamins/supplements department I would reccommend this product to people all the time who are looking for a multi-vitamin. Just look at the lable! There's tons of good stuff in it! However, the pill size is pretty large and you have to take 3 to get the full serving. Also, ladies make sure you get the kind WITH iron (we lose a bunch one week/month). The difference is subtle between the 2 kinds and I made the mistake of ordering the wrong kind.

Holy Horse Pills
Good quality, good price, HUGE tablets. Every time I take I choke - scary. This is really too bad...i like the brand but the liquid Multi-V is disgusting and these pills are huge. Even when I break these in half they stick in my throat. Not good. I'll try the capsules next...if these are too big I'll have to try to find a new brand.

Best vitamin supplement
I used the capsules and I like the tablets better. They are bigger but have a more impact. I feel so much better when I take these and I only take 3 in the morning. The recommendation is to take 6 daily, but I only take 3. I feel better and have a sense of well-being. There is a lot of nutrients, minerals, fruits, vegetables, and super greens in this formula. I highly, highly recommend taking Alive vitamins. You will feel the difference in about a week!!

I definitely feel the difference when I take this multi. It's great that it has everything in it from greens to mushrooms to probiotics!

Wonderful product for the value!
This is an excellent value for the amount of herbs and vitamins you get in one serving, plus they dissolve in your stomach faster!
