Not good I am not a picky person at all and I love meal replacement shakes. I also never throw anything away. This I had to throw away. I could not force myself to drink anymore of this. I tried mixing it with several things and it was still not drinkable or satisfying. Don't waste your money. April 2, 2013

I Love it!!!! Ive been using this product for several months and feel a huge difference. I mix it with frozen blueberries, vanilla, raw cacoa, spirellina, chia seeds, msm, a little stevia and blend it with ice and coconut milk. Then im on my way out the door!! I have energy all day.. Disappointed I got this protein for my son. He's been taking liquid vitamins but he also needs the protein. I like the Alive multivitamins because they are whole food and contain lots of good stuff. Well, the protein shake tastes like those vitamins crushed up along with protein and some vanilla. It turns very green when mixed with a liquid and has a slimy texture. He does not like the taste. Great multivitamin shake I love this shake primarily because I find the taste quite agreeable unlike some others I've tried. It's a great value and I like the amount of Vitamin A it supplies in addition to all the other nutrients. Last but not least it's a whole food supplement and I don't feel as though I'm taking stuff that's been over processed, I've been usiing it for about 3 years. March 17, 2011

Many essential nutrients in Alive I have problems tolerating most brands of multivitamin tablets for some reason. Alive has all the essential vitamins and minerals and I have no problems taking it. I am a vegetarian and it has 14 grams of pea/rice protein in each serving. It does need to be mixed well in a blender.I mix it with frozen cherries, cherry yogurt and water.It satisfies my hunger in between meals and the protein helps wake my brain up in the afternoon. I can't believe the amount of nutrients on the ingredients label for such a decent price. April 13, 2010
