"This is a product my wife calls my "concoction". I just feel good taking it as an all-encompassing supplement. Read the label of what's in this stuff! (I hope it's all true!). The color is more bareable than some I've seen, it mixes easier (no clumping) and most importantly it tastes great. I like to use milk as the liquid but water works well, too."

"I shake this powder with 1 cup apple juice and 1 cup filtered water for breakfast or lunch. It's quick and easy, healthy, and costs only 3 weight watcher's points. Sometimes I add 1 tsp. psyllium to get my fiber in. You could easily use this for a one or two day fast."
