wonderful product i used to believe that i cannot use laxatives because of the cramping with virtually no results. this product has changed my mind. i now feel like a normal human being. up until now i did not know quite how inactive my colon was. i started taking one pill a day, i now use 2 pills twice a day. never felt better! Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults & children age 15 and over: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Children under 15 years of age: Consult a doctor. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.
