beat the common cold with this
I only take these when I feel a cold coming on; all but one time, it has warded off symptoms and I've not gotten ill. I'll also chew a couple of vitamin A gels and take liquid elderberry at the same time; this combination usually works for a sore throat.
Another family member takes it all the time to build up immunity and strengthen the liver.

GOOD PRODUCT GREAT VALUE!
I really like Astagalus I think it is a great herb. I love Natures way products - I think they are of good quality and at a great value - especially at Vitacost!
