Consistent use is the key!
My grandson and I use Astragalus every day, and have done so for over two years. Previous to that time, it seemed that we both were unable to be separated from our updraft machines. It has been over a year since either of us have needed an updraft! We also watch our diet, and make sure we get adequate Vitamin D and C.
