Good thermogenic,

"Good "natural" thermogenic I've found to be good in my overall quest for lowering my fat percentage. I've read that this product does work better in conjuction with caffiene and St. John's Wort of which I take both - two bitter orange three times/day with food along with 200 mg of caffiene and 1,200 mg of St. John's Wort. However, the St. John's is actually taken for moods. You do need to watch your carbs and exercise, exercise, exercise to see results."
