this really helped me get rid of a patch of dry, itchy, red, raised skin i got after swimmming with my watch on. calendula cream and wild weed salve weren't helping so i read online that black walnut hulls could help me. so after a few weeks of these along with a black walnut hull wordwood complex and paul d'arco tea, the spot was gone and months later has not returned. yay!
