Excellent bone formula
There are a lot of calcium supplements on the market. But Nature's Way Bone Formula has all the additional elements for maximum bone absorption. Pricey, but worth it.

I can't really tell the difference. I think I'm too young to take this stuff but I guess being proactive is better than reaction.

I loved the ingredient listing on this, and the good reviews convinced me to try it. I know at my age that taking calcium is non-negotiable. I take some before bed to help me sleep too.

N'Way Calcium Bone Formula
I love this formula. It not only has the calcium and magnesium and D that we need, but all the other minerals and factors that our body uses to make use of the calcium in the formula and that we eat. In the summer this formula makes the difference as to whether I sweat out my minerals or not...and whether or not I cramp when I want to be relaxing! I can tell within a week whether or not I am remembering my calcium. No other that I have tried does the job half as well!

Best Value Ever
I have used this product 8 years - in Feb 2007 after my ankle bone scan - I was told I had the bones of a 32 year old woman! Rarely ever have leg cramps/pain - or upset stomach either. I tell many people about this wonderful balanced Calcium supplement !!
