"Because the quality of this product is a little better then NSI and the dosage is a little smaller - this product is actually a better value then the vitacost NSI brand. Otherwise, calcium is an important nutrient and this product fits the bill just fine. Don't forget that Calcium is hard to absorb w/out vitamins C & D."
