Great Buy Excellent value & easy to swollow capules! I love that the Magnesium & Vit. D are right there in with my Calcium too- (which helps to absorb more calcium) so I don't have to end up taking yet more pills to achieve the added benifits. It's also very gentle on the tummy, unlike some other brands i've tried... which hit the stomach like a ton of bricks! Very gentle & have NO problems taking it even at night or on an empty stomach. This was my first time to order Calcium tabs. rather than picking them up locally. I am disappointed in this product because the prescribed dosage of most tabs are two daily. This product requires you take SIX daily!!! This is ridiculous in comparison to other calcium brand requirements. July 16, 2012
