An excellent combination of herbs in one capsule!
The quality is great - it burps back garlicy and peppery immediately after taking - that is how I know it IS the real thing!
Excellent value as well, as with all Nature's Way products!

Don't take more than one at a time.
My brother bought these and got heartburn from one. I can take one with no problems, but I took two once and that gave me heartburn. I know garlic is VERY good to take, but if I want cayenne I'll add it to my food. I think cayenne is good for speeding your metabolism.
