Chamomile capsules
Chamomile is more of a stomach calmer than a mental relaxant. The pills make it easy to take and didn't make me drowsy.

Fast and Gentle
I took this as an alternative to Psyllium Husks (an effective relief for constipation), and was shocked by how much better they worked in terms of fast, but gentle action! Being more regular didn't come at the cost of agonizing pain. Highly recommended!

Chamomile worth ordering
I thought Chamomile was only to help one sleep, but my holistic doctor suggested adding one capsule with each meal to help relax during the day, and have less stress-related pain, and better digestion. So pleased to find the same product at a much reduced cost.
