Huge capsules
I saw someone else mentioned these pills are large, but she was understating it. They are humongous! They dwarf those large fish oil capsules i used to take. So if you have any trouble swallowing pills, I suggest some other brand. I've written to Natrol to ask how big theirs are. We'll see what they say.

I haven't noticed any difference with this product. I started using a different product.

A bit early to say
Its my understanding that it takes about 12 wks to see changes. I can say I feel leaner around my sides, underarm (flabbies) and waist. Unfortunately I didnt tape measure myself before starting, so I will have to rely on a visual. I am somewhat pleased so far.

Very Unimpressed
I read all of the reviews prior to purchasing this product and was excited with the positive lean of said reviews. I took this product for 4 weeks and saw absolutely no results whatsoever. My appetite didn't wain, nor did I lose any weight. Needless to say, I won't be re-ordering this product any time soon. Instead, I'll be on a quest to find a product that actually does help.
