Good Product
I take it for estrogen dominance and both times I have noticed changes in my body. Less bloating, smaller appetite, less cravings and I have lost a few pounds. My PMS is much milder than before as well as my moods.
I took this a couple years ago when I was running and it really made a difference in my body. Its almost like the excess estrogen kept me from dropping pounds but taking this does help with diet and exercise.

Bone Crushing Headaches
I tried this product and experienced some of the worst headaches I have ever had. So painful they woke me in the middle of the night. I woke every day with the worst headache. Nothing got rid of them except when I stopped taking the product. I understand that this brand has been known to cause headaches so I will switch to something else.
