very helpful for arthritus
I like this Borage and will always take it and hope it never stops being available. I even plan on growing Borage a pretty blue flower.

What I am using Borage oil for
Borage oil is the main ingredient
on an expensive Dry skin cream
for the eyes and face.
So I use borage oil to substitute
for that expensive cream.
I am trying to concoct for my own
use by omitting all synthetics and harmful preservatives,etc.
