As effective as more expensive brands
As long as I take this every day, I get the same benefits from this product as I did from a more expensive brand. I use eve primrose solely to reduce the breast tenderness I experience every month; any other effects I can't speak to. I've tried MANY other brands, but this is the only one that Vitacost offers that seems to work how I need it to. The price is right, too!

Great quality and value
I always like nature's way products. It has good quality. Taking Evening Primrose helps me to release PMS a little bit. It seems to work more effective on my friends than me. However, overall, I still like this product and take it daily.
